By accessing or using the Radio Speech platform (the "Service"), you agree to bebound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Radio Speech reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
02. Use of Service
Radio Speech provides a professional broadcasting and podcasting environment. Youagree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security of the Service or its servers.
03. User Content
You retain all rights to the audio content, metadata, and artwork you upload or broadcast via Radio Speech ("User Content"). However, by using the platform, you grant us a world wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Service.
"Users are strictly prohibited from broadcasting copyrighted music without proper licensing or authorization. Violation of DMCA policies will lead to immediate accountsuspension."
04. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Radio Speech and its li censors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Radio Speech.
05. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately,without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
